1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Crafted Image website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Crafted Image provides professional property photography services, including but not limited to interior and exterior photography, drone/aerial photography, virtual tours, and video production. Services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.
3. Bookings and Payments
- All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability
- Prices are as quoted at the time of booking
- Payment terms will be agreed upon booking confirmation
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
- Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee
4. Intellectual Property
All photographs and media produced by Crafted Image remain the intellectual property of Crafted Imageuntil full payment is received. Upon payment:
- Clients receive a licence to use the images for their intended marketing purposes
- Crafted Image retains the right to use images for portfolio and promotional purposes
- Images may not be resold or redistributed without written permission
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Ensure the property is accessible at the agreed time
- Prepare the property appropriately for photography
- Provide accurate property information and access details
- Obtain any necessary permissions for photography (e.g., from tenants or neighbours)
6. Limitation of Liability
Crafted Image shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Weather and Conditions
Outdoor photography, including drone services, is subject to weather conditions. Crafted Imagereserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unsuitable weather without penalty. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
8. Drone Photography
Drone photography is subject to Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations and airspace restrictions. Some locations may not be suitable for drone photography due to flight restrictions, and alternative arrangements will be discussed if applicable.
9. Delivery
Edited images will be delivered within the timeframe agreed at booking, typically within 24-48 hours. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. Images are delivered digitally via secure download link.
10. Modifications
Crafted Image reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
