Please book the session as far in advance as possible. The sooner you place an order, the easier it will be for us to complete the session exactly at the time you specify. We make every effort to ensure that the sessions are completed within 1-3 business days of placing the order.
Depending on the size of the property, the session may last from 1 hour up to 3 hours. Our photographers need, for example, about 1 hour for a 2-3 room property and about 2 hours for a house with 4 bedrooms.
We suggest that the owner/estate agent be present during the photo session. He can share his expectations with the photographer and tell what photos he would like to receive. Otherwise, our photographers will make their experience and photograph the property in the best possible way.
If the owner can not be there, no problem – we will organize the key pick-up from the agency. However, remember that this information must appear on the order form.
After placing the order you will receive from us a confirmation email with all necessary tools for how to prepare the property for the session. We give you a lot of advice on how to prepare lighting, kitchen, bathroom, staging, decluttering the property.
We will help you get the property look as good as possible.

Remember that you can postpone or cancel your reservation without any consequences no later than 5 pm the day before the session. If you notify us later than at 5 pm, we will charge a processing fee of 20% of the order placed. This fee will compensate the photographer for booking his time on the scheduled date.
We will complete the session within the prescribed period regardless of weather conditions unless you postpone the date of the session in advance (at least to 5 pm on the day preceding the agreed date).
Make sure and check the weather forecast if you feel that it may interfere with your order.
